His Story

In 1988, Kenny arrived in America with a dream to succeed and provide for his family. Starting as a dishwasher in New York City, he worked his way up in the restaurant industry, sharpening his Italian culinary skills. In 1997 he fulfilled his dream by opening Cafe Riviera in Randolph, New Jersey. Grateful for the opportunity, he dedicated himself to perfecting his craft. In 2006, Kenny opened Casa Bella in Scranton, PA, and became a local favorite for over a decade. Despite retiring in 2020 due to losing two family members and the Covid-19 pandemic. Kenny returned in 2024 to start La Rosa with his son Rion and continue his legacy. What started as a way to provide for his family molded into a passion through hard work and dedication. Kenny wants to show his utmost gratitude and love to his guests because this couldn’t be possible without them.
